An on the farm, organic day camp for kids ages  5 – 13 years old, in Garrett County, Maryland.

Our campers love Farm Camp, the time spent with the animals and the farmers, being in the garden and the barn, making salves or seed bombs, veggie sculptures and creating art. They also really enjoy the time we spend in the woods; playing in the creek, hunting snakes and amphibians,  and our mushroom foray is always a big hit! 

Experience the wonders of nature through farming, fun and artistic expression. 

Kids will get their hands dirty as they learn what it’s like to be an organic farmer.  They learn how to grow vegetables, and prepare some simple, fresh food.

Campers learn about sustainable farming methods and the benefits of humane livestock management, go on a mushroom hunt, spend time playing in the creek, looking for snakes and amphibians and have time to make and create and work as a team to design an interactive, 3D Dream Farm.

A little down time goes a long way in sustaining a healthy mind and body too, so each day we do some yoga and spend a few quiet minutes working on journals.

Cooking is always a big favorite with the kids, so one day, we make a simple lunch together with ingredients straight from our garden. We end our week Thursday with a farm to table dinner party for all the families, which the kids help plan, harvest and prepare.

Kids love showing and telling all about their time here, so they get to lead their families on a little tour of the farm, followed by a fun and fabulous al fresco farm to table dinner.

$475 per camper. Option to pay in two installments with a $200 down payment available.
