One of seven children born in the coal fields to a minister, Heather Hannah is a fifth generation harmony singer and songwriter who enlists the divining rods of melody and lyric in her lifelong pursuit of purpose and place.  With an antiquated voice and threadbare insides, she is the velveteen rabbit of her era.

Lighting the way from various points within Appalachia, Kyle Vass (bass) and Olivia Peppiatt (fiddle have joined Heather to carry on the time honored tradition of storytelling through song.

Opener: Jewelweed- Kentucky based string duo blends a love of traditional Appalachian music with a contemporary hard-driving sound.  Composed of Sopjie Delaney and Olivia Peppiatt, Jewelweed was forged  at a bonfire jam near Berea, KY. From front porches to festivals, Jewelweed weaves together the tradition of KY music and original songwriting.
