Come To Your Senses: One Day Retreat by Jivaka Wellness

Is there such a thing as a crash course in mindfulness? 

We hope to show you that the answer is “Yes,” that finding the answer can be fun – and why it’s worth trying to answer this at all.

We’re so excited to team up to host our first one-day retreat at Backbone Farm. Through fun, purposeful experiments balanced with periods of intentional silence, we’ll offer unique opportunities to observe your own mind and discover its unrealized potential.

This retreat promises to offer you tools that are always available (and easy to remember) to help you shake loose from unhelpful patterns, gain empathy for yourself and others, and make choices that feel good in your gut.

Weather permitting, we will spend as much time as possible outside, so please dress for early spring in the mountains. Lunch will be organic, farm-fresh, and included with the retreat.
